Full GTR Waterproofing System

Key Project Challenge
Construction of major underground infrastructure on coastal reclaimed land, requiring reliable protection against groundwater ingress under challenging site conditions.

Why Renew Was Selected
The Full GTR Waterproofing System was applied to the underground structures to provide continuous waterproofing and prevent water migration between the waterproofing layer and the concrete structure.

Zero Leakage Reported for 7 Years After Completion (as of January 2021)

Turbo Sheet GTR
A self-adhesive waterproofing membrane combining an eco-friendly recycled rubber-based adhesive layer with a durable membrane sheet. It adheres directly to concrete surfaces without the need for primer or heat application.

 

Pre-GTR Pre-Applied Waterproofing Sheet
A composite waterproofing membrane with a water-reactive polymer coating, designed to bond integrally with freshly poured concrete and provide continuous waterproofing protection.

 

GTR GEL / GTR GEL S
A water-reactive polymer waterproofing material designed to maintain strong adhesion to concrete and accommodate substrate movement while providing continuous waterproofing performance.

Turbo Sheet GTR
A self-adhesive sheet integrating eco-friendly, high-adhesion recycled rubber and a membrane sheet, serving as a waterproofing material that adheres to concrete surfaces using the stickiness of an adhesive gel without the application of primer or heat.

 

Pre-GTR reverse casting waterproofing sheet
A composite sheet integrating a water-reactive polymer coating material capable of reverse casting and a membrane sheet, serving as a waterproofing material capable of integrated adhesion to the poured concrete.

 

GTR GEL / GTR GEL S
A composite sheet integrating a water-reactive polymer coating material capable of reverse casting and a membrane sheet, serving as a waterproofing material capable of integrated adhesion to the poured concrete.
